1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3r3 ("3r3", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator. By accessing the 3r3 website at 3r3.org, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 3r3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3r3 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the current Terms as published.

3r3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3r3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3r3 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction and applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm age before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law in a manner that would make your use of 3r3 unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of a household including any employee or contractor of 3r3 or any affiliated company.
• You must not already hold another active account on the 3r3 platform. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 3r3 may, at any time, require you to provide documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration (KYC documentation). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 3r3 may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 3r3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 3r3 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. 3r3 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials or where you have knowingly shared them with a third party.

• You may hold only one registered account on the 3r3 platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must keep your registered details — including email address, phone number, and payment method information — current and accurate at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless 3r3 is demonstrably at fault.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.
• All PKR deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

3r3 reserves the right to conduct periodic identity verification checks, request source-of-funds documentation, and apply enhanced due diligence procedures in accordance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming licence. Cooperation with these procedures is a condition of maintaining an active 3r3 account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

3r3 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied by 3r3 on PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of 3r3.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Debit/Credit Card. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the cashier screen within your account.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 3r3 account balance within minutes of successful payment provider confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 3r3 and, subject to completed KYC verification, are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods from which a deposit has previously been received, or to a verified payment method registered in your name, in accordance with 3r3's AML obligations.
• 3r3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where KYC verification has not been fully completed.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and wagered. If you believe a deposit has been processed in error, contact 3r3 support immediately via live chat.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3r3 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by a player.

• Bonuses are credited at 3r3's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses already in progress will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
• Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions, maximum stake limits, and expiry timeframes are stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer. Players are responsible for reading these terms before accepting any bonus.
• One bonus offer per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• 3r3 reserves the right to claw back or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of exploitation of promotional offers.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable and exist only to generate wagering activity. Only real-money winnings that satisfy the wagering requirement become withdrawable.

6 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 3r3 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, or slots — as published within the 3r3 platform. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3r3 does not accept cancellation requests for bets once the confirmation screen has been displayed and the stake has been deducted from the account balance.
• In the event of a manifest error (including clearly incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system malfunction), 3r3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. No winnings will be paid on bets arising from a manifest error.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and global tournaments — are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). 3r3's settlement decision is final.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and system availability. 3r3 cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of in-play markets. Any bet confirmed before a market is suspended will stand.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the bet slip before confirmation.
• Casino game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified RNG technology, independently audited for statistical fairness. Game results are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived unfairness.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3r3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the 3r3 platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and the account closed.
• Registering multiple accounts, or using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus acquisition, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, deposit limit, or cooling-off period applied to your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3r3 platform — including but not limited to the 3r3 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3r3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3r3 platform solely for the purpose of your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the 3r3 platform or its content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any software or technology forming part of the 3r3 platform.
• Use any 3r3 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written permission from 3r3.
• Frame, scrape, or deep-link to any part of the 3r3 platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 3r3 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3r3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3r3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from your gaming activity on 3r3.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside of 3r3's direct control.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity issues that result in the disruption of gaming sessions or the inability to place bets.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Decisions made by you in reliance upon information or odds displayed on the 3r3 platform.

3r3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 3r3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

10 Responsible Gaming

3r3 is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of every player on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — the moment it becomes anything other than that for any player, 3r3 has tools and processes in place to help.

As a condition of its international gaming licence, 3r3 is required to make the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders at no cost:

11 Termination

You may close your 3r3 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

3r3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Conduct that 3r3 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 3r3 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement, legal obligation, or direction from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, 3r3 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the circumstances to relevant authorities and the international gaming licence authority.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3r3 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 3r3's internal complaints process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint through 3r3's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. 3r3 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with 3r3's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the escalation procedure set out in the licence terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3r3 may revise these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable regulation, licensing requirements, product offerings, or operational policy. When material amendments are made, 3r3 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the 3r3 platform.

Minor, non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of a clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication on the 3r3 website.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the 3r3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
